Step-by-Step Process for ROC Filing for Kolkata

  1. Obtain DSC: Designated partners must obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) to sign documents electronically.

  2. Apply for DIN/DPIN: Partners without a DIN/DPIN must apply through the MCA portal.
