Step 2: Submit an online application with the Pre-DCR drawing to obtain pre-approval. Ensure you secure all required approvals before starting construction, including:

• Land Title: Confirm clear ownership and proper land documentation.
• Land Clearance: Obtain approval from relevant authorities for land conversion (agricultural to non-agricultural).
• Zonal Clearance: Secure permits from local zoning authorities.
• Building Approval & Plan: Get approval for building plans in accordance with local regulations.
• Layout Approval: Obtain design approval from qualified professionals before construction begins.
• Building Permit & Disapproval Criteria: Follow necessary guidelines at each construction stage, including permits before, during, and after construction.
• Completion Certificate: After building completion, acquire this certificate to confirm adherence to approved plans.
• Utilities & Services: Obtain NOC for energy and utilities, ensuring compliance with building codes.
• Occupancy Certificate: Secure approval from local authorities before occupying the building.

Step 3: Submit the application file offline.

Step 4: Conduct site inspection and receive a report from the Building Inspector.

Step 5: Pay applicable fees and challans.

Step 6: Obtain the final stamp on the blueprint.

Step 7: Acquire the Commencement Certificate to officially start construction.
