Brand Listing On GEM

Registered Business Entity: The applicant must possess a valid business registration, such as MSME registration, company registration, partnership deed, or equivalent documentation.

Documentation Compliance: All necessary documents, including PAN, Aadhaar, GST registration certificate, and other relevant certifications, must be submitted.

Trademark Certification: For products with trademarks, a valid trademark certificate issued by the appropriate authority is required.

Product Authenticity: For unbranded or unregistered products, a declaration confirming the authenticity of the product must be provided.

Vendor Assessment: Successful completion of the GeM Vendor Assessment, including OEM verification conducted by RITES, is mandatory.

OEM Panel Activation: The OEM Panel must be active to enable the listing of your brand under the relevant categories.

Adherence to GeM Guidelines: All other policies and guidelines set by GeM for brand listing must be followed.
