Once licensed, retailers must consistently meet all retail drug license requirements. They must maintain all records, registers, and forms as directed by the licensing authority and inform the authority of any changes or developments related to drug sales.

  • Pharmacist Documents (Appointment, Qualification, Registration) – if applicable.

Registration Procedure for Retail Drug License

  1. Account Creation: Begin by creating an applicant account on the state licensing authority’s online portal. You will need to provide all necessary details to establish your unique ID and password.
  2. Application and Document Submission: Prepare all required documents and complete the online application form available on the state licensing authority’s website. Once the form is filled, scan and upload all supporting documents.
  3. Inspector’s Site Visit: Following application submission, your application will be forwarded to a drug inspector for review. The inspector will conduct a physical inspection of your shop or retail premises to verify the accuracy of the provided information and documents.
  4. License Issuance: Upon satisfactory inspection and verification of all documents and information, the appropriate drug authority will issue your Retail Drug License.
