Authorized Waste Tyre Collectors: Entities officially authorized by regulatory authorities to collect and handle waste tyres.

Regulatory Compliance: Applicants must adhere to guidelines set by CPCB and other relevant authorities, including registration processes, environmental standards, and mandatory reporting.

Registration Documentation: Necessary submissions include business registration certificates, manufacturing or import licenses, environmental clearances, and detailed EPR implementation plans.

EPR Targets: Applicants should demonstrate the capacity to meet prescribed collection, recycling, or reuse targets for tyre waste as per regulatory standards.
