Consequently, ROC filing is not applicable to regular partnership firms in the state. These firms complete their registration at the state level and fulfill statutory and tax obligations separately from the ROC.

However, if the business is organized as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or a Private/Public Limited Company, registration and compliance with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) become mandatory under the Companies Act, 2013, or the LLP Act, 2008. In Rajasthan, LLPs and companies must file annual returns, financial statements, and other event-based forms with the ROC through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal.

Eligibility Criteria OF ROC Filing for Partnership In Jaipur

  • Entity Type: Only Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) registered under the LLP Act, 2008 are required to file with the ROC; general partnership firms are exempt.

  • Minimum Partners: At least two designated partners are mandatory for LLP formation.

Online Process of ROC Filing For Partnership In Jaipur
